An Endowed Professorship is one of the most significant awards bestowed upon eminent academics within the University in support of their academic and research activities. In 2005, HKU celebrated the inauguration of the first 8 Endowed Professorships, a milestone in the University’s history. To date, 120 Endowed Professorships have been established.
